Convenient location, quiet yet central with nearby restaurants. Clean rooms with excellent beds and affordable on-site parking. Helpful and hospitable receptionists provided breakfast before 7 am. Tiny but cozy place, good value for money. Close to main train station and ideal for Oktoberfest, with a surprising balcony in the room. Free coffee machine and vending machine with quality German beers.

The location is central, just two stations away from the main attractions, and about 10 minutes from the tramway station.
